Airline/Wheelchair Complaints
Please be aware that all ADA-related accommodations- including wheelchair assistance, medical requests, and service animal arrangements- must be made directly with your airline. For a directory of airline phone numbers and website addresses click here for AIRLINE DIRECTORY. For disability-related issues specific to airline services, passengers are encouraged to contact the airline's Complaint Resolution Official (CRO).
A Complaint Resolution Official is the airline’s expert on disability-related issues and has the authority to resolve complaints on behalf of the airline, and every airline must have a one available in person or by telephone during operating hours. If you encounter a disability-related issue with an airline, you can request to speak with its CRO or an airline supervisor. For more information visit the U.S. Department of Transportation website.
