Permit Renewals

Ground transportation companies can learn about the permit renewal process, complete or download forms and find contact information for the GT Permit Office staff.

Renewal Dates

  • Friday, May 8, 2026 Renewal reminder emailed to GT companies
  • Monday, May 11, 2026 Renewal kick-off - Application forms are located below
  • Friday, July 10, 2026 Deadline for submitting completed applications through the MCO/Permit Office web site. Renewal applications received after this date will be assessed a $100 late fee.
  • Wednesday, September 30, 2026 Expiration of FY 2025/2026 Permits
  • Thursday, October 1, 2026 FY 2027/2028 Permit required to be permanently affixed to the vehicle from this date through the remainder of the permit term
Application/Renewal Instructions

All companies must complete the Permit Application and Vehicle Schedule forms below.

Out of Town Shuttle companies must also complete the Service Schedule. For companies with 10 or more vehicles please email your vehicle schedule(s) to your account administrator instead of filling out the vehicle schedule online.

Print, sign and notarize the Signature Form. Bring this to the GT Permit Office when you come to pick up your permit
